During the trial period, the Fable robot is the full responsibility of the loaner. If the product is not returned to Shape Robotics before 36 days after the delivery date (trial day 1), we will issue an invoice of 1120 €. This invoice is binding, unless another agreement is made extending the trial.
During the trial, the product must be handled according to its intended use in an indoor educational setting. If the product is damaged or lost, it will be the loaner’s responsibility to compensate Shape Robotics for the loss. When returning the product, all parts must be packaged in the original packaging. Returncost are on the school.
The offer is open for schools and institutions. We reserve the right to deny any request for a free trial, e.g. requests from private individuals and we reserve the right to change the offer without notice.
